Dear Miss Heather, Recently my girlfriend hasn't been able to orgasm from oral. I spent over an hour last night, just trying to get her off. She would get really close but then she'd lose it, over and over. Before that, she was able to and it was pretty explosive. Am I doing something wrong? Breaking News: It’s outrageously cold in Michigan! Why is the governor asking people to turn down their heat? - News Paper

Gambar
The polar vortex is increasing demand for natural gas for heating, constraining its supply. Temperatures plummeted to frigid lows this week as the polar vortex drifted across the Midwest. In Chicago , temperatures fell to minus 23 degrees Fahrenheit, coming close to the all-time record of -27°. The cold has also been deadly; it’s been blamed for at least nine deaths this week. Yet amid the icy blast, some people were told to turn down the heat. In Minnesota, Xcel Energy asked more than 400,000 of its customers to leave their thermostats at 63° through Thursday. In Michigan, Consumers Energy asked its customers to turn the heat down to 65° until Friday. Due to extremely high demand for natural gas with record-low temperatures, and an incident at a facility, @ConsumersEnergy has asked everyone who is able to please turn down their thermostats to 65° or less until Friday at noon. #MIREADY pic.twitter.com/FWKCZnu9QA — Governor Gretchen Whitmer (@gretchenwhitmer) January 31, 2...

Breaking News: Foxconn to scrap WI manufacturing; does it still need duty-free status? - News Paper

Gambar
If there isn't going to be a Foxconn manufacturing facility in SE WI that builds and ships TVs like these then what's the point? The Foreign Trade Zone Board notified AFE Inc. in late March that its application had been approved. AFE is the subsidiary responsible for the assembly televisions and displays in Wisconsin, according to state records. The company, through the Port of Milwaukee,  sought approval for the designation in December.   The FTZ designation exempts Foxconn from customs duty payments on components used in products that are eventually exported. from The Political Environment http://bit.ly/2DLNrU1 Breaking News: Foxconn to scrap WI manufacturing; does it still need duty-free status? - News Paper

Breaking News: Should WI still finance special I-94 Foxconn-airport delivery lane? - News Paper

Gambar
If Foxconn isn't going to build big-screen TVs at its Racine County project, does the State of Wisconsin really have to build that special driverless trucking lane to Mitchell Field?   ... the upgrade will help Foxconn Technology Group automate the shipping of goods and people for its Mount Pleasant campus, and move freight from Mitchell International Airport to operations in Racine County.   The tech upgrades being built into the freeway were a key selling point when Wisconsin received a $160 million grant for the project from the U.S. Department of Transportation in June...   A DOT PowerPoint  by Brett Wallace, the DOT’s Foxconn project director, shows options the agency is thinking about: The right shoulder could be converted to a truck lane, or one of I-94’s four lanes in one direction would be converted to truck use. Breaking News: Remembering when Kenosha Co. passed on 'winning' Foxconn - News Paper

Gambar
With anxiety replacing manufacturing  in Racine County where Foxconn has bulldozed land, homes and maybe local budgets, too, it's worth remembering that Kenosha officials chose not to bite on the Foxconn lure when it was dangled in 2017 : Kenosha happy with no-risk proximity to Foxconn, Racine For some time I've been thinking that Kenosha authorities made the right move in September by  balking at the local costs and impacts  which came with inviting and siting Foxconn and letting Racine jurisdictions the the plunge:  Kenosha Mayor John Antaramian wrote Gov. Scott Walker a letter dated Monday that pulled the city out of the running for a Foxconn manufacturing plant that is expected to employ as many as 13,000 people. “Throughout this planning process, we have been consistent in our belief that without significant adjustments to specific current state laws impacting local municipalities, we would be unable to support and/or absorb the development of the p...

Breaking News: Bernie Sanders’s new plan to supercharge the estate tax, explained - News Paper

Gambar
Meet the “For the 99.8 Percent Act.” Bernie Sanders, the Vermont senator and not-quite-yet 2020 presidential candidate, is unveiling a proposal to dramatically expand the estate tax , which has withered considerably over the years, at the same time as Senate Republicans are working to eliminate it entirely. His new proposal, which he calls the “For the 99.8 Percent Act,” would leave the vast majority of estates untaxed while creating a graduated rate structure for the estates of the very rich, topping out at a maximum rate of 77 percent. In terms of its policy impact, this would be broadly similar to Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s wealth tax proposal , though the implementation details of course differ (and one could, in theory, do both). The two plans pursue different routes to essentially the same goal — raising revenue from the richest and deterring the accumulation of vast dynastic wealth. But both senators are laying down a clear marker that they want the vast fortunes of the richest...

Advancing research on fake audio detection

When you listen to Google Maps driving directions in your car, get answers from your Google Home, or hear a spoken translation in Google Translate, you're using Google's speech synthesis, or text-to-speech (TTS) technology. Speech interfaces not only allow you to interact naturally and conveniently with digital devices, they're a crucial technology for making information universally accessible: TTS opens up the internet to millions of users all over the world who may not be able to read, or who have visual impairments. Over the last few years, there’s been an explosion of new research using neural networks to simulate a human voice. These models, including many developed at Google, can generate increasingly realistic, human-like speech. While the progress is exciting, we’re keenly aware of the risks this technology can pose if used with the intent to cause harm. Malicious actors may synthesize speech to try to fool voice authentication systems, or they may create forg...

Breaking News: Howard Schultz, inexplicably, might be headed to Iowa - News Paper

Gambar
Schultz says he’ll run as an independent. There’s no Iowa caucus or New Hampshire primary for him to compete in. Former Starbucks CEO Howard Schultz is reportedly planning to travel to early caucus and primary states as he figures out whether he wants to run for president . This would make sense if Schultz were competing for the Democratic or Republican nomination. But since he says he’ll run as a centrist independent, there’s no Iowa caucus or New Hampshire primary for him to compete in to begin with. CNBC reported on Wednesday that Schultz is likely to go to Iowa, New Hampshire, South Carolina, and Nevada on the will-I-or-won’t-I-run-for-president tour he’s recently embarked on. One person with knowledge of Schultz’s plans told the outlet that the early primary states are “certainly part of the conversation,” though dates and locations haven’t been set. Events in those states are not listed on Schultz’s current schedule for promoting his book, From the Ground Up . But they c...

Breaking News: Trump’s latest tweet about the stock market is actually an incredible self-own - News Paper

Gambar
The president thinks it’s “tremendous news” that the Dow has been flat for more than a year. On Wednesday, President Donald Trump celebrated as the Dow Jones Industrial Average climbed above 25,000, seemingly oblivious to the fact that he celebrated the exact same thing more than a year ago. Since the idea of investing is for the value of your investments to increase over time, Trump’s celebratory tweet about the exact same milestone in the stock market amounted to a self-own. For Trump, time is a flat circle Trump posted a tweet on Wednesday noting that “Dow just broke 25,000,” and called that development “tremendous news!” Dow just broke 25,000. Tremendous news! — Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) January 30, 2019 His tweet accidentally acknowledged that 2018 wasn’t a great year for investors. It’s almost identical to one he posted on January 4, 2018, shortly after he signed into law tax cuts targeted mostly at businesses and the wealthy, touting that the Dow had just hit...

Breaking News: That time Donald Trump proposed a 14.5 percent wealth tax - News Paper

Gambar
1999 was a different world. Sen. Elizabeth Warren wasn’t the first major American politician to put the idea of a tax on large fortunes on the political agenda. Indeed, it’s been kicking around in one form or another since the late 1990s , when an influential then-independent rolled out a proposal that he framed as a way to reduce the national debt while preserving the interests of the 99 percent. Here’s how the plan’s architect described it: “By my calculations, 1 percent of Americans, who control 90 percent of the wealth in this country, would be affected by my plan. The other 99 percent of the people would get deep reductions in their federal income taxes.” His name? Donald Trump. The Trump plan for debt elimination Trump’s plan, as articulated during a 1999 flirtation with a Reform Party presidential bid, differed from Warren’s in three important respects. One, he wanted the tax to be a one-time levy that would reduce the national debt and therefore reduce interest service...

Breaking News: Louisville women's basketball faces Connecticut Tonight -- THURSDAY CARDINAL COUPLE - News Paper

Gambar
#2 VS. #3  Geno now The Connecticut Huskies women's basketball team comes to the KFC YUM! Center tonight for a 7 p.m. game against the #3 Louisville Cardinals. The city probably could have used Huskies and any dog sleds they cared to bring yesterday morning after a snow and arctic blast rendered driving difficulties and school cancellations.  The Huskies, you see, have no problems driving. Or hitting threes, playing defense or scoring points. They, like the WBB Cards, have just one loss on the season -- a stumble at Baylor back on Jan 3rd -- 68-57. Back on Jan. 3rd, Louisville was still undefeated, having turned away North Carolina 73-68.  The Cards only loss would come a week later, at South Bend when Notre Dame upped Louisville 82-68. North Carolina must have learned something from the UofL loss, they knocked off Notre Dame earlier this week  in Chapel Hill. The Irish are the only common opponent the two teams have in common this season, Connecticut g...
